Who we are
This website and the TripSpotter early-access list are run by Montague Capital Ventures LLC (“we”), an Arizona limited liability company. You can reach us at contact@tripspotter.app.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you join the early-access list, with the date you joined and which sign-up form on the page you used.
- Nothing else through this site. There are no accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers, and the site sets no cookies of its own.
- What our host sees. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which handles every visit and may process technical information, such as your IP address, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare’s own privacy policy covers that.
Why we use it
Only to email you about TripSpotter: when early access opens, and occasional news about the launch. We don’t sell, rent or share your address, and we don’t use it for anything else.
Where it’s kept, and for how long
The list is stored in a database on Cloudflare’s platform, in an account we control. We keep your address until you ask us to remove it, or until we stop running the list.
Your choices
Every email we send you will have a way to leave the list. You can also email contact@tripspotter.app at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
Children
This site isn’t meant for children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their addresses.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your address, we’ll tell you by email.
